Tasting Notes

A richly flavoured and well balanced Amber that's ohh so moreish and goes down like a treat.

Subtle Marmalade nose. A dreamy palate of baked orange and rich citrus fruits, liquorice root, coffee, and salt, with nuts and a spiced fruit preserve coming through on the finish.

Well balanced, with refreshing mineral acidity and touch of pithy textural grip, resulting in a smooth yet vibrant and energetic palate. Medium bodied and dry.
Nerd Notes

Perfectly clear pale gold colour, this wine is 65% Chinuri 35% Goruli Mtsvane. It was fermented in kvevri with 30% skin contact for 1 month. Aged for 8 months in kvevri before bottling.

Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal added sulphur.
