Blanc de Noirs from Châtillonnais in Burgundy, it's Champange by another name.

Complex in aroma and flavour, with subtle florals, delicate red berry fruits, toasted sourdough and brioche, and yogurt.
Smooth on the palate, light and dry, with fine, creamy bubbles.

Methode Traditionelle Blanc de Noirs.

Made with Pinot Noir grown on red marl soils from a 0.8ha parcel in the 'La Grand Côte' vineyard in Molesme (Châtillonnais), Northern Burgundy (near Champagne).

Fermented in stainless steel, rested on lees for 2 years, disgorgement without dosage.

Bottled with minimal added sulphur.
