A rare, feather-light Burgundy from a tiny estate in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Domaine Dandelion make ethereal Pinot Noir without a molecule out of place. This is delicate, biodynamic, and very limited.

• Red cherry, cranberry, wild strawberry

• Soft tannins and silky texture

• Fresh acid with a cool, mineral thread

Winemaking Notes

• Organic and biodynamic viticulture

• Whole-bunch carbonic maceration

• No pump-overs or plunging for 10+ days

• Basket pressed and aged in old oak

• No sulphur added at any stage

Serve slightly chilled. Decanting recommended—give it space to open up. A natural partner for roast duck, mushroom pasta, or even solo contemplation.
