From the lovely rolling hills of Gaillac comes a hidden gem. Time in bottle really bringing this wine together for a delicious mouth party.

Bright and aromatic with notes of ripe strawberry, red cherry and violets alongside aged notes of earth and tobacco.

Smooth on the palate with powdery tannins and complexity and depth from the bottle age and 6 months elevage in amphora. Wonderful wine for contemplating the universe.
