Tasting Notes

A bright and lively red from Gaillac, in the South West of France.

Fruit froward on the nose, with bright red fruits, fresh strawberry, blueberry, and blackberry. Packed full of fresh berries in flavour, along with a sour cherry and a slightly brambly character.

Structured and vibrant on the palate, medium bodied and dry, deliciously balanced, and expressive.
Nerd Notes

Fifteen days of maceration, with pumping over and manual punching down. A percentage of 20% press wine aged in Amphora is blended with the final wine, before ageing in concrete for 18 months. No filtration and low sulphur at bottling.
