Aromatic on the nose and intensely full flavoured, with notes of lemon, lime, orange, tangerine, and blood orange, candied pear and apricot, and confit citrus, with cloves and cardamon, fruit spices, and a long, bitter amaro character on the finish.

Richly textured, dry and medium bodied, with vibrant acidity and grippy tannin.
