Tangy Alsatian rosé made from with 100% fully ripe (pink) Pinot Gris!!!

Tangy in flavour with crunchy raspberry fruit, fresh wild strawberries, grapefruit, and blood orange, hints of rhubarb, and a slight herbaceous green touch.

Bright on the palate, the texture is crisp, grippy, and zippy - at least as far as rosés go, medium bodied and dry, with an energetic finish.
Nerd Notes

Pinot Gris from Andalu in Alsace, France.

The grapes are from parcels with vines growing in sandstone rich soils.

Fruit was picked and then macerated on skins for 2 days, before being slowly pressed to stainless steel tanks where it underwent spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast.

Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulphur.
