Perfumed on the nose, with violet and wisteria florals, soft red fruits, and a touch of spice.

Red fruited in flavour, with wild raspberry, red cherry, and subtle red berries, all fresh and juicy, a touch of pepper spice, and a pleasant bitter touch.

Light and supple on the palate, structured with silky-soft tannin and a refreshing acidity.

Gamay Noir from a single cool climate vineyard in the Derwent Valley, Tasmania.

Handpicked on a fruit day after the Hunters Moon.

Whole bunches fermented with wild yeasts and basket pressed. Matured for 6 months in seasoned demi-muid barrels.

Bottled unfiled and unfiltered, with minimal added sulphur.
