A traditional Mezcal from Oaxaca made with Cenizo agave.

Grinded in chilean tahona pulled by horse. Cooked underground in conical oven with tepehuaje and sabino wood. So many great words there.

Fresh and fruity on the nose with notes of sweet apple and grape. Finishes with light smoke and cut grass. Damn danm good.
