From a tiny tiny plot at the bottom of Chateau-Chalon. Chardonnay fermented in tank and then 10 months in old oak. No sulphur additions. A tightly wound terroir driven Chard, ray and delightfully mineral. Unfolds beautifully revealing its fruit core with a bit of air.
