A slightly lighter expression of Jura Savagnin with a more refined oxidative style.

Wonderfully complex aromas of golden delicious apple, light honeydew melon, crushed walnuts, lifted apple blossom. Opens with ripe stone fruits shot through with a racy acidity. 

It's pure, fresh and vibrant, with lovely weight and a beautifully etched shape.

Vinified with wild yeast, spending six months in old oak, and minimal added sulphur.
