Fattoria La Striscia - Bernardino Chianti 2022

We love a good organic DOCG Chianti (like this one). Easy drinking with lots of red fruit and some spices, though not as heavy on the tobacco notes as other vintages. Keep the Italian vibes and have it with tagliatelle and mushrooms or spaghetti bolognese - or get fancy and crack out some chicken and tarragon sauce. Or just drink it. We would. 

NERD NOTES

90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo / Merlot / Colorino, all grown on limestone and clay soil. Aged in glass-lined cement tanks for 6 months then in bottle for 2 months. Can keep up to 2026.
