Medium bodied with more freshness and balance than lots of Malbecs. Rich fruit flavours of dark plum with notes of mint, chocolate, balsamic, and a black olive character. Rich and dry upfront finishing light and easy.

From a small few rows of Malbec planted in the early 90's.
Hand picked grapes, wild fermented, basket pressed into French old oak.
Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal added sulphur.
