An absolutely magic Rosé - made like the old days and brimming with brightness, complexity, and depth.

Region: Canowindra, Hilltops, and Orange, New South Wales

Grapes: Graciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Gris, and Merlot

Juicy, bright red berry fruit - think strawberry and cranberry - along with hints of cherry, currants, and plum, a touch of lime and citrus fruit, white florals, and fresh herbs.

Soft on the palate, balanced between a bright acid line that and a deliciously smooth texture, dry, with a moreish finish.

NERD NOTES

Organic grown Graciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Gris, and Merlot grapes sourced from Canowindra, Hilltops, and Orange, New South Wales.

Foot stomped and then left in old French oak for a year, and aged a further two years in bottle.

No added sulphur or other additions.
