Region: Canowindra and Orange, New South Wales

Grapes: Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Arneis

Bright aromatics of straw, fresh peach, and nettles. Builds in flavour, more ripe peaches and stone fruit, a caramel-custard note, and a touch of butter. 

Smooth and rich on the palate yet wild in character, textured with a lite-buttery character, balanced with a touch of zesty acidity, and a moreish savoury tone on the finish.

NERD NOTES

Organic grown Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Arneis grapes sourced from Canowindra and Orange, New South Wales.

Aged for two and a half years in bottle before release.

No added sulphur or other additions.
