A bright, juicy, and slurpy Shiraz blend - a chilled, easy drinking red that's made for warm Winter and Spring nights.

Grapes: Shiraz and a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon

Brightly fruited, with flavours of sour cherries, black cherry, and plum, a very slight candied dark fruit note, and savoury tones of dried herbs, a touch of pepper, and an allspice blend.

Refreshingly juicy on the palate, medium bodied, slurpy in texture from a combination of chewy tannin and a vibrant (near-volcanic) acidity.

Super easy drinking and even better chilled.

Organic grown Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from Canowindra and Hilltops, NSW.

Fermented with a short six-day maceration on skins and a semi-carbonic maceration.

No added sulphur or other additions.
