Tasting Notes

Classic Priorat, just as the title says, full of depth and complexity that you expect.

Bright cherry and sweet red fruits, supported by dried and baked fruit flavours, alongside mountain herbs, white pepper, and a touch of earth.

Smooth, full bodied, and richly textured; structured around rustically fine tannins and the slightest dash of mineral acidity.

Finishes long, split between pleasantly lingering tannin and subtle oak spice.
Nerd Notes

Lectores Vini is a collaboration between Fredi Torres and Marc Lecha working out of Priorat in Catalunya, Spain.

Mostly Garnacha (Grenacha) with small amounts of Carignan and other 'Mediterranean' varieties (Syrah and Macabeo), all organically farmed around the town of Gratallops, Priorat.

Fermented in concrete and tainless steel, before being matured in a mixture of concrete tanks and a small number of old French oak barrels.

Bottled with minimal added sulphur.
