Delicious Italian chilled red, straddling the line of a dark Rosato.

Elegant and bright with crunchy red fruits and brambly fruits alongside light herbal and citrus notes.
Bright, light bodied, and dry, structured between a grippy tannic crunch and a fresh acid line.

Unbelievably drinkable and morish but also interesting.

Schiava from Trentino, Italy.

Vinified through spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts (without temperature control). Aged in stainless steel tanks.

Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulphur.

Name “Maddie” in tribute to the Santa Maddalena DOC.
