Mint driven in character. Aromatic on the nose, with notes of vanilla, milk chocolate, and anise that give it a creamy quality. Sweet on the tongue, with more mint, darker chocolate tones, alongside herbal notes of basil, rosemary, sage, and a touch of pepper to finish.

Infused in oak.
