A fragrant and light red blend from France.
50% Grolleau and 50% Pinot d'Aunis, produced in Saint Lambert du Lattay (near Anjou) in the Loire Valley. Whole cluster carbonic maceration and 8 months in fibreglass tanks makes it light, bright and entirely smashable. Heady, fragrant, intoxicating on the nose. Fruity and a touch spicy on the palate with a rounded floral aspect and delightful minerality to it. Yum.
