🍇 📍 Barossa Valley

🍷 Orange

Tasting Notes

It smells like tropical breakfast and tastes like sunshine filtered through skin contact haze.

A juicy, skinsy blend of Semillon, Muscat, (& so many others) with bright tropical fruit, citrus peel, white florals, and a salty-savoury finish that pulls it all back from going full juicebox.

Think: pineapple skin, lime rind, coconut husk, and peach fuzz, backed by zippy acidity and gentle grip. Made with no additions, no filtering, and no attempt to behave.

Drink it slightly cold, slightly fast, and probably outdoors.

Nerd Notes

A skin contact blend of Semillon, Riesling, Pedro, Macabeu, Pecorino, and Viognier, all from the Barossa Valley, South Australia.

Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal added sulphur.
