Bright and juicy on the palate, textured with light earthy tannin, fine acidity, saline rich with a touch of fruit on the finish.

Estate grown, orgranic grapes, minimal added sulphur.

Made by the wonderful estate Mortellito. Essentially a second wine for them, made with excess fruit from the vintage as a easy drinking bistro wine.
