Savoury skin contact Riesling from Mount Gambier, spending 3 months on skins.
Savoury in character, with flavour of quince, dried apricot, and stone fruits, and a gentle nutty near-oxidative character.
Textural and chewy on the palate, dry and medium bodies, smoothly structured from the extended skin contact and lees aging, balanced against a bright acid line.
