A breezy Catalan beach wine with a whisper of fizz. It’s not quite sparkling, not quite still—just mustillant, baby. Bright, saline, and made for seafood or doing nothing.

Green apple skin, pear core, lime pith.
Fresh, glittery acidity.
Light-bodied with a gently saline finish.

Drink cold but not freezing. Excellent with oysters, anchovies, or sitting on the floor.
