A light and fresh red wine from Halcyon Days in New Zealand. From two organic vineyards on the alluvial soils of Hawkes Bay.
Lots of whole bunch and only 11%. Well balanced and aromatic wine mixing red fruits and dark alongside plenty of spice. Elegant with fine tannins. Wonderful with food.
Amy and Olly from Halcyon made wine in Spain for nearly 10 years before returning to New Zealand, founding their own label in 2019.
