Hirsch - Ried Heiligenstein Riesling 2017

From the super famous fancy pants vineyards of Heiligenstein in Kamptal. A towering hill sitting at 350 above the region. Its steep terraces are made up of a mix of eroded granite, sandstone, fossils and volcanic minerals. The site is regarded as producing possibly the best Riesling in the region.

Minerally, serious and spiced Riesling from an excellent estate. This wine is really good. What more do you want from me. People go nuts over this wine, I feel anything I add is just superfluous at this point.
