Skin contact Chardonnay from Orange that's far more Amber in tone.

Slightly salty in character, with moreish umami tones of stewed apple and lemon juice. Fresh and textural, dry, but ever so slightly oxidative, making it a real treat to drink.

Chardonnay from Orange, NSW.

Early picked as whole bunches before being destemmed and crushed. Macerated on skins for 2 to 3 days, and then spending 3 years in barrel.

No added sulphur.
