Raboso from Colli Euganei in Veneto, Italy.

The grapes come from 50 year old vines and are picked at full ripeness, before being slowly pressed.
Ferment in stainless steel before finished in bottled. Disgorged and topped up with wine from the same vintage.

Bottled with no added sulphur.
