A delicious and traditionally made Georgian amber with 6 months on skins.

Mineral driven and savoury in character, with fresh and dried peach and stone fruit, orange rind, supported by fruit spice, honey, and herbal undertones.
Textured on the palate, with a chewy tannic line and mineral acid, dry and medium bodied.

Chinuri from Kartli, Georgia.

Whole bunch Chinuri grapes, crushed, before being spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and macerated on skins for 6 months in Quevri (Georgian earthenwre vessels).

Bottle unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulphur.
