Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane from Tsinadali Village in Kakheti, Georgia

The grapes were grown in Tsinandali village, at 600m in altitude, with the vineyard worked by hand using organic viticulture. The wine is made with traditional methods, being fermented and aged in kvevri, seeing 7 months of skin maceration.
