Il Farneto - Frisant Rosso 2021

A fresh and fruity red Pet Nat made with Lambrusco grapes from Emilia-Romagna, Italy.

Small fresh red fruits on the nose, with a hint of spice and earth. Fruit forward in flavour, with crunchy red berries, red cherries, and redcurrants all packed in together, before opening up to dried herbs and spiced notes of anise, cardamon, and a subtle black tea character. Light to medium bodied on the palate, with crisp acidity and a soft, vibrant fizz, giving it a gently refreshing and moreish texture.
