Tasting Notes

Zingy and slightly textural skin contact Grillo - both at home in McLaren Vale and an ode to Sicily.

Textural saltiness, with rock salt and dried seaweed, notes of freshly made lemonade and green apple juice. Mouthwatering on the palate, chalky texture, dry and medium bodied, with a crystalline mineral acidity, subtle fine tannins, and a bright zesty finish.

Producer: Inkwell Wines - Dudley Brown an Irina Santiago-Brown
Region: McLaren Vale, South Australia
Grapes: Grillo
