Fresh and golden on the nose, with notes of hay, apricot, and grassy tones. Builds on the flavour, with peaches and stone fruit notes, nougat, and a moreish saline edge.

Brightly textured on the palate, crisp acidity but with yummy tannin line, making for a approachable and easy drinking drop.

Grapes: Semillon, Muscat, and Pinot Gris

Semillon, Muscat, and Pinot Gris, all picked and vinified separately.

Grapes are harvested in the morning, destemmed, and fermented with a 10 day maceration on skins, before being gently pressed and aged in a mix of a old oak and stainless steel.
