Richly flavoured, with ripe pear fruits and hints of yellow pair, smooth spiced tones, and a slight nuttiness on the finish.
Nerd Notes

Vinified with a short maceration on skins before being basket-pressed, then spontaneously fermented in old oak, aged over the course of two winters in (the same) barrels), during which it underwent malolactic fermentation to completion.
