A rich and softly textured Roussanne from the Northern Rhone!

Smooth and dry on the palate, medium bodied, lushly textured with a very light phenolic weight balanced against acidity.

Rich flavours of ripe pear and golden orchard fruits, chamomile tea aromatics, accompanied by honey, subtle spiced toned, and a delicate nutty creaminess.
Nerd Notes

Roussanne from the Northern Rhone, with vines growing on a steep hillside at 450m elevation on sandstone and granite soils.
Grapes are partially crushed, a very short maceration on skins, and then pressed.
The juice spontaneously fermenting on indigenous yeasts, before being aged for 12 months in older oak barrels.
