Sparkling rose made with direct press Pineau d'Aunis. 9 months on lees and hand-disgorged. This Lovely Pet Nat has rosy onion skin colours. Fine bead with longevity. On the palate pepper and bright red fruits. Wonderfully complex with a real depth of flavour and a very slight bitterness at the end.
