Grapes: Grenache / Cabernet Sauvignon / Syrah

This is extremely good. When working with cabernet, Jordi loves to pick a little riper and then blend with the other varieties which have been picked with lower potential alcohol. This gives the core of the wine and mid palate a very delicious, wintry plushness.

The Grenache and Syrah maintain the energy and acidic drive, stalks delicately add to the complexity and the whole is a pretty magnificent wine - spectacularly well made and brilliant to drink. I recommend this very, very highly.
