A copper distilled molasses based Rum from NSW. Aged in Ex-Australian Whisky barrels in a Solera System (like Sherry). Meaning a blend of old rum and new rum.

Flavoursome with a mix of golden orchard fruits and vanilla with fresher spice and tropical notes. Tasty on its own but exceptional as a premium Rum base in a mixer.
