A moreishly savoury Georgian Amber.

Mellow on the nose, with aromatics of ripe orange and yellow fruit aromatics, and hints of dried fruit. Opens up in flavour, with fresh and dried apricots and nectarines, zippy citrus, a hint of brine, strong minerality, and a subtle nuttiness.

Grippy on the palate, medium bodied, finely textured with pithy tannins and a mineral-esque acidity, and a dry finish.
