Flavoursome with orange blossom, ripe and pithy stone fruits of apricot, peach, with an iced tea character.

Fresh on the palate, light bodied, and dry, chewy in texture with a moreish mouthfeel and a splash of bright acidity.
Nerd Notes

Vermentino from Gullyview Vineyard in Watervale - Clare Valley, South Australia.

Grapes are completely destemmed with 50% whole berries, fermented with natural yeasts in open top stainless steel fermenters and seeing 20 days of skin maceration.

Aged for 10 months in stainless steel.

Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal added suphur.
