Organic and biodynamic grown Blaufränkisch from Burgenland, Austria

The grapes were havested, direct pressed, naturally fermented, and then split into two parts. The first was bottled in 2021 to preserver its sugars. The second was left in an old barrel to finish fermentation.
The bottles were disgorged in 2023 and topped up with the still wine from the old barrel.

Bottled unfiltered with no added sulphur.
