La Cave des Nomades - Epiphenomène Celeste 2019

This cuvee opens with some faint and attractive lees qualities giving way to really delicious and appealing golden fruit. The palate is very long.

There is a distinct savoury quality to the fruit thanks to the varietal composition of the wine and the minerality here has a lightness and give the wine a texture like a pane of glass.

IE: This wine is super good. Minerally and fine core with layers of orchard fruit on top. Great with food (chicken, Moroccon, etc) or a cheese plate.
