Rare and interesting wine from Gregorie at La Combe aux Reves. Jacquere from Savoie made without additions.
Minerally and saline white wine. Crisp with notes of pear, herbs and apricot alongside notes of brioche. A touch on the wild side but pretty damn good if you like your whites natural.
