Seriously good Savagnin from the Jura.

A great example of Ouille (topped up, non-oxidative) white from the Jura. Mineral and bright with saline acid. A mix of citrus and hazelnut on the palate with spicy notes. Long and complex, a wine all about texture.
Nerd Notes

This is the second vintage from Domaine La Grapp'A, owned and run by Aurélie Parla and Julien Maublanc, who in 2021 produced their first vintage for their Arbois vineyard.

All organic and biodynamic farmed grapes, hand harvested for quality control, to make minimal intervention wines, fermented with native yeasts, with no additions other than minimal sulphur at bottling.
