Fresh on the aroma with notes of citrus, stone fruits, white florals, and a subtle minerality. Beautifully balanced, with flavours of ripe lemon and lime, a delicious savoury creaminess, and a crisp salty-mineral character. The palate is soft, smooth, and lushly textured - light to medium bodied, dry, refreshing acidity, and a long, mineral driven finish.
