Juicy red and blue fruits, cherry, dried and fresh herbs, and some spice to boot. Soft with supple tannin, fine acidity and some whole-bunch carbonic candy notes we all love.

Whole berries, a small portion of whole bunches, carbonic maceration, fermented with wild yeasts. Pressed after a short time of carbonic, gently aged, and bottle while fresh.

Bottled with minimal added sulphur.
