Laiolo Reginin - Barbera d'Asti La Mora 2020

Laiolo is a purist; somehow he achieves very clean wines by leaving almost everything "to chance". Exclusively manual harvests, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and no temperature control over the 40 day maceration, cold clarification and bottled by gravity. Refined and rested in bottle for 6 months.

Great structure, squeaky clean, with notes of blackberry, black pepper, cherry and violet. A great example of the Monferrato area.
