NERD NOTES

Organic grown Riesling from Dash Farms in Mount Alexander, Harcourt in the south of the Bendigo wine region, at 450m altitude on free draining granitic soil.

The fruit is picked as whole bunches, pressed, and fermented in stainless steel, where it is aged for 15 months on full lees and undergoes full malo.

Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and untinkered.
