Dry, refreshing acidity, light to medium bodied, and a deliciously mineral driven palate.

Great value and unlike the lemon-lime citrus character of so many Australian Rieslings.

The fruit for this wine comes from Mount Alexander in Harcourt Central Victoria - whole bunch pressed then fermented in stainless, aged on fine lees for months then bottled.

As always the wines go through full malo, unfined, unfiltered & untinkered.
