This wine comes from a tiny plot on the slopes directly under the famous abbey at Chateau Chalon. 7 months elevage with minimal sulphite additions.
Seriously good. Les Dolomies is right up there with likes of Labet and Buronfosse. Crushed oyster shell and stonefruits. Complex and balanced with a razor sharp acidity. Excellent.
