Aromatic fruits on the nose, delicate pink grapefruit, watermelon, red berries, with hints of spice and lees-work.

Fruit ramps up in flavour, raspberry, strawberry, and accented pink grapefruit, with savoury spice.

Juicy on the palate, light-to-medium bodied, structured and fleshy in texture, balanced between vibrant citrus-fruit acidity and a subtle pithy tannin.

Nerd Notes: 

"Whole bunch macerated Shiraz with a good splash of Cinsault.

Barrel fermented in old French oak where it rested on lees for 9 months.

Unfined, unfiltered, unfussed."
